That kit was quite a bugger - the two halves for each element didn´t fit, so there was a lot of sanding involved.

To give it stability and be able to display it with just one rod I used two tubes that go from one side to the other,

with wood blocks inserted into the halves that got filled with foam. This is pretty stable, while I stll can dismantle it.

One of the cockpit parts was missing in the kit, so I decided to scratchbuild it...

The cockpits themselves are not fleshed out - instead I use somewhat milked plexi to hide the interior.
